**Customer Satisfaction is our main goal at Star Lace Wigs. To ensure customer satisfaction, all Wigs and Hair Extensions are carefully inspected for defects before shipping. Full refunds are not offered and all sales are final. Star Lace Wigs offers eligible exchanges and store credit only. Carefully read the details below regarding eligible exchanges.
All eligible exchanges must be in original condition and packaging. Additionally, wigs and hair extensions must not be worn, brushed, combed, combed with fingers, cut, colored, or heat applied and the lace cannot be cut.
To complete the exchange the customer must email a photo of the wig or hair extensions to email@example.com. The customer will be responsible for sending the un-altered, un-damaged item back to Star Lace Wigs in its original packaging. We advise that you return the unit with a Signature Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
In the rare event that you receive a wig or hair extensions that are different from your specifications (ie. you ordered straight hair and received curly hair), then Star Lace Wigs must be notified of the error on your order within 24 hours of receiving the unit. The item will be replaced at no charge to you, or a partial refund will be issued if you decided to keep it.
The customer has the liberty to choose between a partial refund, or a new/replacement wig or hair extensions. If the customer chooses to receive a new/replacement item, then we will pay the shipping fees to have the original item sent back to us, as well as the shipping fees to have the replacement item sent back to you.
**The wig or hair extensions must be in the original condition as when it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange, or partial refund!**
ORDER REVISIONS/ CANCELLATION
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Only store credit is available for stopped orders. Additionally, If you wish to revise a Custom Lace Wig order (ie. hair color, cap style, etc.), you must contact us 1-877-437-3236 within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to state your name, customer order number and details regarding the revision you wish to make. You will be contacted to address your issue within 24 hours, or the next business day. In addition, you must also email us within 48 hours of placing your Custom Lace Wig order at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Custom Revision” in the subject line.
