**Shipments are sent through USPS, FEDEX & UPS**
Please note that orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday). We do not process or ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
The processing time for most orders is generally between 2-4 (business days). This excludes custom orders. The processing time is noted on the page of the item being purchased.
Standard (US) Shipping:
If a customer selects "Standard" shipping, then the order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail after it has been processed. It will be delivered within 1-3 (business days) depending on where the customer is located. We are not responsible for delays after the order has been shipped.
*If you need your order urgently, then please Contact Us (before purchasing). This will allow us to determine if we can get the package to you within the requested time frame.
We reserve the right to ship expedited orders through the carrier of our choice, which would be USPS, Fedex, or UPS. However, if an order is being sent to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address, then it cannot be sent via Fedex or UPS and will be shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for delays after the order has been shipped.
We ship worldwide. After an international order is placed and processed it is generally shipped within 2 to 4 (business days). International orders are sent via USPS Priority International mail, which takes 10 to 14 (business days) to be delivered once shipped. We ask for your patience with the delivery process. Your customs office and local postal delivery may delay the actual delivery time, which Star Lace Wigs has no control over. Any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are not responsible for delays after the order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info for your package. It could take up to 24 hours to actually see tracking details on the carriers site so the package may already be in transit before you can trace it.
Customers should note that once we assign a package to our carriers, the package becomes the carrier's responsibility and out of the control of Star Lace Wigs. We assume no responsibility for delays or lost/stolen orders. For packages that require a signature for delivery, customers are responsible for arranging a pick up with the carrier in the event that they cannot sign during delivery times.
